As well as being Cordon Bleu trained, Mary-Anne has had wide ranging
experience in most aspects of cooking, and cookery teaching. Including:
The Head Chef
at the Scribbling Horse Restaurant, Bradford-on-Avon.
Second
chef at the Theatre Royal Restaurant (The Vaults) Bath.
Pastry Chef at Tarts Restaurant, Bath.
Assistant Chef at Woods Restaurant, Bath.
Assistant Chef at Popjoys Restaurant, Bath.
As
head chef she was in sole charge of the kitchen, with responsibility for menu
planning, creating new seasonal recipes, ordering stock and serving an extensive
menu to order, including home made soup, 3 ( specials, salads and home made
puddings. With up to 70 lunches per day, this demanded a high degree of
organisational skill, and an ability to supervise others and work flexibly.
Mary
-Anne was also a specialist pastry chef and is capable of making the most delicious
puddings and cakes!

This
experience can be put to good use when preparing delicious and nutritionally
balanced meals for children, and of course a more sophisticated menu for dinner
parties.
Mary-Anne
can liase with you regarding the menu, buy all the ingredients, prepare the food
in your own kitchen, and make suggestions regarding accessories and
presentation.
Dinner
parties for any number will be considered but large scale catering such as
business dinners and weddings is not possible at the moment.
